Trent was banned from here and just about every Facebook page for constantly shill bidding.
He also just sold some cards that tim collins was in possession of.Was he the one with several aliases and also not sending some cards?
I wonder if these cards were sent to Becketts grading services, would they get the same classification with them.I don,t think so.https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/1975-Sc...435598?hash=item547f07448e:g:j7YAAOSwH9JePiDFSurley these are not near mint. Is this normal for CGA to class as NM.
Isn't bovalgallery and CGA the same?https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/1975-Sc...435598?hash=item547f07448e:g:j7YAAOSwH9JePiDFSurley these are not near mint. Is this normal for CGA to class as NM.

Absolutely pathetic Grading. If i was to ever think of using CGA, definately not now. Some of these cards have creases in them, not to mention damaged. Conflict of interest at its best. Fair - Good condition at best. I would never buy a card graded by them, as it is obvious they are shonky as hell.https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/1975-Sc...435598?hash=item547f07448e:g:j7YAAOSwH9JePiDFSurley these are not near mint. I know Craig quite well.Very well respected person. It,s not a shonky business. He puts a lot of time and effort into his grading business,as well as the other business he runs.He was at the last collector,s fair at Panthers,he had people lined up viewing his cards, and the feedback was very promising. You don,t have to get your cards graded by him,but please don,t bag a person you know totally nothing about.Absolutely pathetic Grading. They are shit mate. Come on be real. Have a good look at those cards and tell me otherwise.I know Craig quite well.Very well respected person. It,s not shonky business. He puts a lot of time and effort into his grading business,as well as the other business he runs.He was at the last collector,s fair at Panthers,he had people lined up viewing his cards, and the feedback was very promising. You don,t have to get your cards graded by him,but please don,t bag a person you know totally nothing about.
You are best off letting him know that being shonky is NOT a good business practice.I know Craig quite well.Very well respected person.
Fair at best for that maze is about right, the only thing it has got going for it is good colours. That card is fair at best..
I have an uncut sheet , I wonder what that would be graded at, Im rich, yeah.Fair at best for that maze is about right, the only thing it has got going for it is good colours.
I have thrown cards like that in the bin.
I think what we have established is just because it is graded doesn't mean it makes you rich......probably poorer in fact at over $10 a card.I have an uncut sheet , I wonder what that would be graded at, Im rich, yeah.
Greg Bandiera has a crease entirely across the card. That is S H O N K Y
Johhny Mayes is creased
Barry Reilly has pieces missing on the card.
Are the HAIRs inside the slab or outside.
well put Ross,I think what we have established is just because it is graded doesn't mean it makes you rich......probably poorer in fact at over $10 a card.
I would suggest that grading isn't overly popular in the NRL trading card world and would add no value to resale ( unless GEM MINT).
I'm not sure why having a crease on the card makes it Shonky. If the said card was graded GEM MINT and had a score of 99.9 then I would agree but that is not the case it has been scored very low.
It appears as if the scaling for the grade applied doesn't match your expectation as @bigrob2307 has suggested it does seem that their scaling is different from other companies and out of whack but that doesn't make the business or the individual Shonky. If they consistently apply the same scale to every card it just make them different not Shonky.
Cheers
Ross
