Ebay seller makes me sick

So this guy that was selling fake Michael Jordan goodwin champions earlier this year is back at it again this time now doing Kobe Bryant autos, i feel sorry for people that have bought from this guy.
He has bought this card

Ebay is useless when making complaints, so i thought i'd give you guys a heads up on this turd!!!!

Besides the fact the auto looks terrible, the real versions of these have 'significant signatures' written on the card!

Damn that was a good find. People like this shit me so bad. Seriously, how are they not caught out with PayPal chargebacks, etc?

We need a photobucket where we can save images like this, so when the completed listings end, and drop off, these wont!!!

And they are numbered and on card. Nothing about it is even close to legit! He didnt even try!

i am hoping this turd gets caught out one day and has to refund a good sum of money back, what pisses me off is he still has positive feedback selling fake items to innocent buyers that dont take any notice that the cards are serial numbered and cant distinguish real or a fake.

Has anyone tried to report these things to eBay? I know people say that it is no point, but what is the response they give? Or do they not respond?

Ebay is useless at most times the only ones that can prosecute this arsehole is the ACCC or if there is any buyers that have bought from him to take their goods to a cop shop and file a report.

this turd may know someone with a good copier thats my assumption, a mate bought a 86 fleer rookie sticker from him and the front of the card was had a sticky surface and felt like it had a gloss finish on it, and of course the sticker did not peel back where its suppose to on the back.
