eBay Seller help please

I'm selling an MP3 player on eBay and have gotten a bid from someone who just signed up the day he bid and obviously has no feedback.

This makes me nervous and I was thinking of cancelling his bid.
The other idea I had was to have the user pay for registered post and insurance.

I'd be interested to know what other people would do.

i would make them pay the registered post and insurance costs if you haven't got postage costs listed in your description. that way it covers you
