So I've noticed some wierd stuff happening with my ebay searches, most recently today. Logged in earlier today and did a search on David Lee in cards and there were over 900 listings. There was one in particular that i was interested in which still has over 5 days remaining in the auction.
I logged in again tonight to check the progress and found there was now only about 700 listings for David Lee in cards and the card in particular that I was interested in was no where to be found. I even changed my search to add more typed detail to my search criteria whilst searching the whole of ebay but still no luck. Fortunately I was still able to access it under Recently Viewed Items and found the auction is still running. I have now added to my watch list to be safe.
So my question is, why have over 200 cards all of a sudden disappeared from my search even though i did exactly the same criteria and has anyone else noticed this?
On a separate note I have noticed cards that I have purchased do not appear under completed listings for up to days after the auction had ended where as some others appear almost immediately? What the hell is with that?
I'm really starting to wonder how many auctions i'm missing or have missed already.
I have noticed this also. Sometimes it maybe and this has happened to me, is that I have looked at an item that is only delivered to the US so I have changed the ship to details to a US Zip Code, Ebay remembers that for the next time you go on and so you don't get all the results. It is annoying thought, as I have missed out big time because of not seeing things.
I phone my iPhone app a lot more accurate then using a PC. I was looking for something the other day I had seen, couldn't find it at all on the PC. But my iPhone found it no problems
