Ebay Problems

Hey all, my first local purchase on Ebay was a bust!

A lot of Adam Morrison XRC's, lot arrived fine, minus the key card /19 Black Refractor, have communicated nicely with the seller and thus far have been offered a $9 refund. (The missing card books at $120)

I have countered saying, look. it made a third of the book value of what I won, so a third of the purchase price would be more fun, but I'd like what I paid for, the seller seems to think he sent it... however after rechecking the auction, the card in question isn't even scanned, but it is listed.

What should I do?

I've been courteous and nice about it thus far, but email replies are few and far between, and noone likes the feeling of being taken for a ride, the /19 was THE main reason I even bid!

Did you pay via paypal? If so make a claim as the item is not as described.

Yer... seems a bit hostile, I mean my bro got banned from here for running his mouth off *lol* I don't want to resort to that unless this guy effectively tells me to f... off.

Personally I'd politely tell the seller to please send that card... and if they don't, I'd do what Scott suggested and do a Charge Back.

You can't just put random cards into a auction and then not send and offer measly refunds... surprising its the most pricey card, what a coincidence

Lol there's no abuse needed, I hope it works out for the best. I have delt with him many times and he is a great person to deal with.

Full refund, send the cards back!

Send COD, so they have to pay for it.

If its a member here then they should be banned this shit goes on to often...contact paypal and get a full refund AND keep the cards you already have. sick of ppl being ripped off

maybe my eyes are not that good, but there is no black refractor in the photos.. but mentioned in the list....

i hope u can ask for the card...

Well after no email response last night I have gone the paypal claim, see what happens, he's already left me +, should I neg him or is that just a bit low?

I'd wait on the neg for now. If he fights the claim then I'd go. Not saying don't do it later, but wait on. If you neg now he might fight til the death!
