eBay non payer advise needed

I sold a signed card on the weekend and I hadn't heard from the buyer so I sent him a message asking for payment and he replied by saying that he wasn't happy with the autograph on the card and won't be making payment. In the description it clearly shows the autograph, I even took a photo of just the auto cause it was done in blue pen and doesn't look the best.
Any advise on what i can do would be great.

File a NPB claim. Buyer shouldn't bid unless he wants the card! End of story!
