Just wondering how long you have to lodge a dispute on ebay or through paypal? I brought and paid for a dynasty foundation duel jr and davis patch on the 8th of may, i've contacted the person 3 or 4 times now and have had i response. They told me that it is registered mail and because it has to be signed for everytime it changes hands i could take awhile. Fair enough, but now i've asked them for the tracking number and no response. They had 7 or 8 items for sale when i brought this card and they still have no feedback but still have items for sale at the moment. Any help would be greatful.

I've just noticed that they have now sold all their other items so i guess that takes the total to well over 10 people ripped by this person.

If I were you I would be lodging a dispute straight away.

That is crap about having to sign each time it changes hand. The only person who needs to sign is you when the card is delivered (or whoever is at home at the time)

Do not hold your breathe for that tracking number, it probably doesn't exist. Only way to get a tracking number is with Global Priority Mail

Best of luck in getting either the card or your money back

Lodge a paypal claim straightaway - I think they only have something like a 40 day window before time expires and you can't lodge a claim.

Agree with everyone.....lodge the PayPal dispute now !

You can always cancel it if the card comes but by the sounds of it........you won't be seeing it :(

This is my first bad experience on ebay with cards (have been ripped twice before with other items), am as i'm not a real high end collector and dont go to hard this is this 1 of my most expensive buys on there so far and thats partly to do with being worried about this kind of thing happening. Everyone has always said to stay away from asian sellers and people with zero feedback. Maybe i'm just a rebel but i've brought quite a few times from a asian buyer and had nothing but great things. So when i brought the duel patch card i thought to myself well everyone starts with a 0 rating and i to had troubles when i started out because no one wanted and person with zero feedback bidding, so i gave it ago now i think i will listen to want everyone is saying and steer clear. And thanks for your help guys.

You have 45 days from date of payment. I'd be putting it in asap tho mate.

I'd have been a bit wary from the start, 0 feedback. Not sure what else they had for sale. And I know that everyone has to start somewhere with sales, but still....

Even paypal disputes take time, I have 4 open right now, and one is 2 months old, it's enough to give you the s#its
