Anybody offered a seller something really low for an item they had listed as BIN or Best Offer??

I want a ray allen exquisite enshrinements 25/25 card up at the moment for US$199 BIN or Best Offer.

What should I offer the dog??

would US$50 force him to explode

Id say $100 US would be the absolute lowest he would go. $50 he may just explode lol
I dont think he would part such a nice card for 1/4 of his BIN price.

nah go lower, i just missed out on a steve nash EE #/25 that went for $100US, go for about $80 for the ray ray. $199 is ridiculous.

Well if you would like your offer to be rejected or ignored, then go ahead and offer him a low-ball offer.

Some dude offered me $300US for my Iggy 13 card lot last week, which was kind of an insult, when I calculated and spent over $2K on the lot, myself.

You have to persuade the seller by making an attractive offer, not an offer what you think the card is worth to yourself. Browse around and see how much the actual card usual sells for.

But yes, some sellers do place an outrageous prices on their auctions, just so he can accept offers and test out the market.

I just dropped a best offer on a BIN/Best Offer card so hoping it comes out for me.

But yeah your card, I'd say to go a little more mate. Not knowing what Ray cards sell for, I'd say $80-$100 might be a fair bet???

Good luck with the offer, you never know.

I did a really low ball offer on a card once, didn't expect to get it, and the seller accepted. I couldn't beleive it.

There is another rich US collector named, gem_cards and from memory, he will bid outrageous amount of $$$ for last serial'd # cards of Exquisites.

However, I think he only concentrates on 03-04 Exquisite (First Year) rather than the second year set, but I'll confirm that with my colleague from the US.
