most of you may have noticed this, but a few months back, eBay decided to change the way it displayed their completed listings when showing Buy It Now or Best Offer listings.

If I was to list a card for $100 BIN/BO, and someone offered me $50, I accepted, then the listing will show in a completed search as SOLD for $100

THIS is the reason behind the STUPID asking prices of Fleer Retro imo! I had a case arranged for pickup this morning for what I thought was my MAX price, but the guy says he saw cases sell on eBay for $5K!

BUT THEY DIDN'T.... that was the Asking price! The BO will never be shown, but I can tell you, it wasn't $5K because I saw a post on a forum from the guy who bought it! lol

/end rant

It will say $100 in the search results, but if you click on the item it tells you the best offer winning prices doesn't it?

Not that I can find! And the guy on the forum was clear in what he paid!

I just searched a Jordan auto in the completed listings, says $2000, when I click on the link it says $1400

Wow! That just worked for me too, on one item.

But the case I was talking about isn't showing the reduced price!

The guy told me in a PM and linked the item to me! WTF?

Ok, so sometimes it does work?? Others it doesn't??
I Still think this is where the problems start!
