Over a month ago, sold 4 of my Totally Certified Gold base to a collector overseas on Ebay
he got in touch with me and I realised I overcharged with postage, he wanted almost all of the postage back or he would leave neg feedback, I told him my exact costs and would refund the $5 that I overcharged, as I had never received neg feedback and wanted to keep my rating.
He agreed just checked my account after being away and has left me neg feedback on all 4 of the listings, how do I respond to his feedback and can I take it further to get removed as I kept all the msgs?
Sorry to hear mate, I don't know what you can do as ebay are run by drones, maybe contacting them may be a shot but i wouldn't hold my breath.
Pitty there are small minded , self centered little human beings on this planet that can ruin someone for a petty $5 that you gave them back anyway, some people are not worth the air they breath and the bad thing about it is they are able to operate through society and hinder normal people with there petty mentalities .
Sorry to hear that you got stung by this piece of work Brett. Can I have the username so I can block them on ebay too. I am not sure if you are a registered business but perhaps you should call the ombudsmen or someone like that to see about having it removed as blatant black mail on his behalf. Maybe say you have been given advice from a lawyer ?! Good luck sorting this person out champ
Thanks guys how do I reply to his feedback Ian? Couldn't seem to find it.
Guy is a piece of work alright. Then today had a member from the Philippines say a card never showed, might be time to only send registered/tracked from now on.
ebay now offers the feedbacker an option to change feedback he's left.
even though he's a toss, maybe contact him & see if you can get him to change hes feedback.
best of luck
pretty sure it's against ebay policy to threaten negative feedback, if you still got the msg's, contact ebay and go from there, ebay could give him a holiday, would do everyone a favor
Looks ill be copping not 1 but 2 negs from dodgy ebayers claiming i didnt post there cards...ASSWIPES (excuse the language)
No way on this earth im refunding....ill make sure there isnt anything in my paypal account
Ultimately i may end up with suspended accounts
That may eventually lead to me leaving the hobby
I hardly trade and due to shift work can't make most trade days
Thanks guys how do I reply to his feedback Ian? Couldn't seem to find it.
