Dynasty folder done broke

Is there any track record of Select replacing faulty/broken folders?

Just noticed the top stud in the ring binder has popped out of my Dynasty album. Anyone else had this problem with Select folders or know of a way to fix it?

I tried tapping the stud on the back of the folder with a hammer, but no luck - it appears there just wasn't enough 'lip' to the inside of the stud to keep the ring binder fastened.

Considered whether I had too many cards/pages in it - but it was just the base set and maybe 4 pages of inserts.

Real pain the arse since postage for folders to NZ is nasty to begin with, and wasn't thinking much of the Dynasty folder anyway, and now I likely have to fork out for a second one.

These folders looked a bit dodgy from the start, not great quality. Mine is chockers with parallel set, all inserts and now the Predictors, it doesn't quite close properly. Was thinking about getting another anyway, probably should now in case it falls apart too.
