Jimbo - Prob didn't cost him anything. Listing fee is a fixed rate, and eBay has been having a free listing promotion going currently to those who haven't listed anything in a while. Hence probably why there is no picture, as that would've cost more.
Only problem is that eBay would refund his fees for NPB. Otherwise it'd be worth costing this seller the 3% or whatever eBay charge for Final Value Fee!!!
