Dragonball Z CCG Re-Release by Panini

Hi Guys,
Not sure if any one here use to play or collect the Old Dragonball Z CCG game made by Score?
Panini Announced last week at the Sandiago Comic Con that they are re-releasing the Dragonball Z CCG game and it is fully compatible with the old Score Dragonball Z CCG game, I for one is excited about this release as it brings back fond memories playing this great game.

I would like to know if there is any interest from our members here at OZ Card Trader so this great card game can once thrive again in Australia.

The release date for the first set is due out in September in the USA only, but i will sourcing this set direct from the USA. Panini are trying to obtain a license to sell here in Australia and i hope it happens soon.

A little late on the reply but I too am hyped for the comeback.
There was never a DBZ CCG scene in my area so I had to resort to just collecting, and as I was only about 10 or 11 when the game first launched here, my collection was lackluster to say the least.
But not this time, this time I found out before release and I have some booster boxes and a 10 pack of started decks on preorder.
I just really hope there are only alt art promos and not unique effect cards like the ones that dominated the game at the high end level last time around.
It's bad enough trying to get one of each for a collection but when you need 4 of some $100 promo just because it has become a required staple to stand a chance high end tournament play i gets crazy.

Hi mate good to see I am also getting a few boxes in.
The price of cards will probably be end up being the same top tier cards top prices it sux I know but that is just the nature of the beast.
It is good the old cards can be used in fun play still so I hope you kept your old cards like I did.

I did keep my old cards but one of the things that ended my collecting back in the day was a theft when I had my best cards at school. I had finally met another person into the game and he was going to help me to improve my deck but when they were in my bag my bag was taken. Most of my personalities and promos were lost in that awful incident.
That was right around the time the first DBGT set came out so I just decided to move onto other hobbies, plus I didn't like the design of the gt cards.
A few years later I tried to repair the collection years later but I need so many of the cards and there is so much else I collect that it just got away from me..
I have near full unlimited sets of frieza saga and fusion saga missing the UR's though.
the rest unfortunatly is very patchy. I only ever got one UR and it just happens to be maybe the worst of the entire lot from a collecting and playing standpoint, Goku's Blinding Strike.
Even when it first came out the world games saga sucked so it makes sense that the only UR I ever get is from that one.
I have been toying with the idea of building a deck form my old cards but I may need to buy a few specifics..
