You are trying to finish off a set and you only need a few cards and they are players no one cares about. Then one pops up on ebay US only to find that the buyer wants $20 postage..... I found Shaun Livingston auto I need, card is almost worthless (buy it now $5) but I cannot pay $20 postage for a tiny piece of cardboard
