This guy goes to the extent to do all the write up, put in the Fleer Logo, and even mock up some questions to make it look like they've had interest from REAL buyers....
when these type of cards started surfacing i thought i might just have to add one to my spree collection,i don't remember the exact card but it was a fleer 04-05 card with no jersey, so i bid $5 and thought that would win it.
it sold for $32, which was more than most are prepared to pay for a card that is an actual card #/25.
i once asked a similar question to what you have scotty and the seller asked me for my ebay user i.d,so i gave it to him(this was when i was fresh to ebay)
when i went to bid a notice came up that said the seller has forbidded you to bid on any of his items RUDE CRANKERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I remember when I first started, I had no PayPal, so I sent a Western Union MO to this seller for a lot of 100 Barkley's.
I attached to the MO copies of the Emails/Invoices, I wrote my details on the back of the MO, again on the back of the Envelope, (and they were in the copies of the Emails I attached too), and after about 27 days, and about 3 emails sent to them, I left them a Negative feedback.
They wrote back the next day saying they'd never received the emails, and they had the MO but "couldnt pin it to any of their listings", and didnt know who it was from, and they promised to send me more cards, but they hadnt seen their neg.
After they seen the neg, they left me a response (they'd already left me a positive), saying they were gonna send me the cards + more, but not now, they kept my money, the cards, and banned me from their listings. lol.
I had also accused them of stealing my money in the negative feedback which pissed them off....
