Probs about a year. They pop up. I actually have picked up 4 x 03 Tim Duncans. Missed on KG, Shaq and Manu

Yeah that KG is way too high and way too off centre.

Who knows about grading? Why would this be slabbed only as authentic and not have sub grades?

I've discussed this card with the seller.

Only thing I can think of is if they sent to BGS asking for a minimum grade and it didn't hit it so got authentic.

The question marks I have is do they have to put it has been altered?

Usually due to min grade. There is an ALTERED label too (from Google):

This one looks like a min grade one

Yep that's it.

Seller wants $500 USD for it because of a low serial number. That means nothing to me so I'll wait for another to hit ebay. Unless I get desperate

Chatting to the seller of the card again and he said there is an indentation on the back. Which is why it got graded as authentic.
