Has he been banned from OCT. I know he is associated with Blazers fan who was recently banned here. Once I find out who it is I will be happy to explain more

It sounds familiar to me from here too but really can't think who it is. So I really could not say what his username actually would be
I keep thinking it is a guy who was chasing big lots of auto's and jersey's but that didn't help jolt my memory either
