i wouldnt call it misleading. def say that the description hasn't be read correctly tho or they really want the cards
but id also add that brett & Sarah's cards do usually tend to sell for higher amounts than i would think they'd go for as they are all quality all round
I'm not questioning Brett and Sarah's card quality as I bought something this week and got fantastic service. However, from what I understand the first picture is of redeemed playmaker cards which is not part of the auction. That's the part I find a little misleading. The description does clear things up though if potential bidders bother to read it correctly.
To be honest I didn't see anything misleading about the auction, you are bidding on the full set of 5 sig redemption cards and that's what's in the image. The unnumbered cards are not that unusual, in my playmakers and force 5 sets I have one or two 3 card sets (exchange, COA and sig card) that are unnumbered. I was told they were left over stock that was sold off when Dynamic went bust. I have other cards that have the numbers printed on the card and one or two that seem to have the number on some sort of sticker.
STUPID ME!!! I didn't realise that the actual players appear on the redemption card! I thought they were displaying the redeemed card but selling the redemption. My mistake.
Not that stupid! Your point on the photo....Recently on ebay a 2009 classic item was on auction with a case photo. the item was for a box- which was post comment added, one would had to scroll the screen more than usual to see, However someone still got caught with a 600$ win bid and didn't check withdrawn bids of up to $1000. Top thread and helps the beginners and reminds us all= read and use all your ebay resources. thks for reminder.
