Do players prices drop when changing teams??

Just curious if card prices of players drop once changing teams??

I guess so, but you could look at it from the other angle as well, I have a feeling Nash and Howard's stock will rise, now that they'll be receiving a lot more exposure.

Depends on the team they go to - Bobcats, definitely. Lakers - probably increase.

Spot on, it usually has an effect on other players on the team too. Look at Lebron, Wade and Bosh's price saw a bit of an increase when LeBron arrived. I expect to see some Kobe's on the increase, mainly higher ends.

Kobe cards shouldn't go higher! It's already too high for what I can pay for them! LOL... But I know it will just keep increasing with Dwight and Nash playing for the Lakers this season. Coz the perception of having more rings will make Kobe better than MJ. That's just my opinion.

do you think older cards may decrease though? i mean from my own personal situation i wanted a chris paul patch auto, but had to be a clippers uni, if most people think like me then surely clippers cards will rise and hornets cards would drop off. you think theres any truth to that?

I'm not sure about that. Just keep on watching, you will get it cheaper eventually unless the card is very limited.

I think with cp3, if he has any success with the clips, we'll see his key RC cards increase, spx, ultimate and exquisite.
