do-it-yourself jumper framing

Hi all

I heard, read or possibly dreamed somewhere that you can buy picture frames specifically for footy jumpers etc - apparently they have matting and clips in the frame to hold the item in place.

Does anyone know where the f**k i can buy them? I have searched everywhere on the net and attempted to buy off print-decor.com but am experiencing "lack of communication" issues from them!

Any advice or direction would be greatly appreciated!
