Displaying a book??!!??

Does anyone have any leads on a case/stand/box for displaying a book? To make it harder, I need to have the first page or 2 held open to see the inside of the book!

Has anyone seen anything like this or close so I can work with it?

Thanks mate, was more so looking for something enclosed, so it doesn't get dust on it. Probably should have mentioned that!
