Its good that hes gone, he refused to co=operate with police which is breaking the AFL's rule anyhow why keep people like him in our game. If he had any sort of brain he would have co-operated, so therefore hes morre than likely to be hiding something.
I doubt he'll be able to sue the police. Failure to take a test after being stopped whilst driving is still an offnce, and the resistance to taking it implies guilt. He wasn't in a position to be dictating terms in this regard. I reckon he's lucky that the Eagles allowed him as much slack as they did.
In hindsight, he probably shouldn't have played at all this season. Hindsight's great, aint it?
