Did the 2004 predictors get hole punched when redeemed?

Hi guys just wondering if the 2004 predictors were hole punched when redeemed? Reason i'm asking is that there is some unsigned captain cards with predictors on ebay and the predictor isn't hole punched.

I am close to getting all of them for the year but struggling to find a cowboys one, so i thought i might buy one off ebay with the captain card if it could still be redeemed.

Any help is appreciated.

i dont think select hole punched these predictors. when i purchased my cayless captain card it came with a predictor without a hole punched but instead it was marked on the corner of card, some sort of print/symbol, stating the card has need redeemed.

Embossed. Like a punch that does not go right through. Just leave a shape or words.

I just checked the 5 I have and there is definately NO hole punches. Wasn't sure about the embossing/impression popthetart is talking about but then at a certain angle I could see it. It is very light, in the bottom left corner and is a circle with Select printed and a capital "R" in a cursive font.
