Completed dhcp and truth

DHCP to send out cards in advance, and Truth can work out what cards he wants to send out once he gets some time (no rush, pls take your time):

Truth gets:
2x Paul Peirce Jersey cards
3x Mouring insert cards
and a couple rookie cards

DHCP gets:
a whole crap load of something .... TBD.
