There were two cases. Because I already had small cardboard boxes at home, the people who bought a single box were from one case. I took the other case to the post office to buy the cardboard boxes for the multiple box buyers. That means:

No, I spent a couple of hours today tracking through the various PMs and emails to track down addresses, and 2 trips to the post office so I'm a bit sick of the sight of them. I'll probably open 1 later tonight, but I thought I'd wait for others to get theirs because it's more fun when everyone's breaking boxes together.

So there is no point buy packs of ebay then?? you can tell which packs have the props in them??

Yep, I read on another forum that the packs with costume/props cards are obvious.
