deal transaction question

hi mates,
can someone know how to fix a transaction?
both traders are done deal,but seems nothing adding on both feedbacks,dont know how long a transaction will take to make it completed,sorry it is my first time dealing with,so please help me,

Go to the deal thread. Click "edit post" on the first post. You must have started the thread(which you did).

Then click "go advanced"

The next screen has a box "prefix". Change that from 'in progress' to 'completed'.

"save changes"

Dont forget to leave feedback.
