SCANS
As you can see on the Weems the patch is actually overhanging the cutout for it.

and I only just noticed when scanning there is quite a smudge on Korvers left ankle, doesn't show up in the scan though.

Nice for UD to give you some nice RC patch autos.

I think they are willing to give you stuff, but only if you complain enough.

no scans of the weems?
there now, accidently pasted the arthur twice.

The funny thing was I didn't have to complain too much.

Email 1 - First email, explaining situation. Actually exactly what I posted here, thought I had nothing to lose. http://www.ozcardtrader.com.au/forum/card-discussions/43867-screw-you-upper-deck.html

Email 2 - Response giving address and codes from the boxes.

had heard nothing more, so -

Phone Call 1 - Organised something to be sent out.

Email 3 - Reminder email after nothing received after 4 weeks

Phone Call 2 - After nothing received after 6 weeks, 2nd guy arranged for it to be posted

and here we are only one week later!

Hello,

I'm actually stunned to find out Upper Deck even consider and go ahead with sending out replacement cards if a suspected box doesn't result in any of the highlight cards that the odds state can be pulled. The truth to the matter is, us collector's choose which box/es we buy mainly because we look at the stated odds on the product. So if Upper Deck didn't deliver with the initial 2008-09 product you busted (even though the stated odds do technically go by "average production line"), I think they should still deliver these odds with EVERY box they pack.

Personally I think the card's you received as replacement weren't good enough compared to what you could've initially pulled had the "stated odds" been true to life. But deep down I'd still be somewhat happy with these cards you've shown, the Sonny Weems card I guess is the highlight card in my opinion too so that has to make up for it somehow. The Patch is a cracker! =D>

Nice pick of background music too, seriously not bad .

Kind Regards and all the best,
Mike
