Damaged Redemption

Hey all. I was excited to finally receive 3 of my redemptions today. All 3 are Golden Future Metals. Lovely looking cards. But as i opened the 3rd bubble mailer and grab thr card out, i notice that its poking out of its top loader. On closer inspection i see that the tape on top is obviously broken and my card is scratched!!! kind of put a damper on the experience.

Has anyone else had a similar experience with these cards or redemptions in general. And what steps should i take about seeking a replacement??

Cheers Rhys. Was a false alarm. Didnt realise they have a protective peel on them. I havent peeled it off but i assume its ok... ahh the results google yields. So hopefully its all good
