Daily Telegraph Cards 2009-2011

Just putting together a Master list of Manly cards and was wondering if anyone could tell me names and numbers of Manly cards from Daily Telegraph series 2009-2011 as these are not covered in Dan Pains book and also if there are any other releases since the book was printed of Manly cards.

All players that are featured on these card won their Dally M or played for their state during periods where they played for Manly.

I know this is a technicallity but in 2010 there is also The Courier Mail cards which are the same but feature Courier Mail and Sunday Mail logos instead of Telegraph and Sunday Telegraph logos. Im not sure about 2009. Definatly not in 2011.
