CT Scanners used on card packs and boxes

Haven't watch this vid yet, but I remember seeing a similar vid a little while back. Guy bought a busted 20 year old CT scanner, a smaller one that was used for research, not for imaging people. Repaired it and used it to scan Pokémon and MtG packs to spot what the foils were because the outline of the foiling shows up on the scan.

It seemed massively impractical, but when there's a will there's a way.

Yes this is very controversial. Someone will have to make a change. Probably the card companies - who will have to do something tech wise like add in something to block the scanners - or as mentioned in the video, like a material that changes colour once it has been exposed to the scanning technology.
