Watson didn't get 5 wickets if that's what u think....
WIll just add the odd word about kiwi team from time to time... We warmed up with a magnificent loss to Bangladesh!!! Our first ever!! Good news was Oram made 88 with a broken finger so looks like he's good to go!
Then today we beat one of the tournament favourites IMO Sri Lanka - we got 285 - Vincent 70. Flem 65, Fulton 59 and they were 18 short....tharanga got a ton for them...
Watched the Poms up until 15 overs. We were struggling then and decided to hit the hay. Should have got up for the Aussie batting by the looks of it. Not sure on the draw, but what are the chances of Aus/NZ final. That would get the paper firing both sides of the Tasman.
Thanks for the update guys!
On last night performance you would have to say that Stuart Clark would have to replace Mitchell Johnson in the X1?
That means Bracken, Tait, Mcgrath and Clark to bowl and maybe Hogg and the part timers?
Hope Ponting gets some form soon!
Sorry to hear that Fulton broke his finger! I would love an Aus/Nz final!
Hope the Proteas choke and fails to get out of the group stage again haha
MAte an OZ/NZ final would be sweet! A lot of water under the bridge before then.....in fact the whole tournament is gonna be sooo loooong that it'll have no momentum until the super 8 stage - then with all the big guns playing each other it should b sweet!
Fulton bust his pinky taking a catch - why the f$%^k can't we catch properly??
