Creating a US PayPal

hey guys
Have any of you created a US PayPal or added a US address to your Australian PayPal before?
I want to buy sh*tloads of boxes from Blowout Cards as part of their Super Bowl promo, but I need my confirmed PayPal address (Aussie address) to be the same as the one in my Blowout Cards account (US Address), and I cant add a US address to my Aussie PayPal

Have any of you experienced anything bad about making a US PayPal account?

Nope but I’ve bought boxes off blowout before with my confirmed PayPal address different from my blowout address and had no issues

What problem are you having creating it? Geolocation?
If that is the case get a VPN and set its location to the US.
