OMG what a cock up.

Got the 2nd part of my order. None of it is good...

Despite using the measurements provided on their site, the toddler jersey for my nephew is too small, the women's jersey for my wife is too small, and the medium jersey for myself is far too big.
On top of that, the Wizards blue customised jersey which should have been like this

I got with #23 on it has come through in the newer Washington style in red white and blue like this (but with 23 on it)!

Got first part of my order today and everything seemed to be correct.

Not looking forward to part 2 of the order which has a custom jersey in it!

Had an order with Football fanatics for Miami Heat champs gear, they supplied 5 of the items perfect and within 3 weeks. The 2013 Champs hat which they hadn't received by the time of sending out the first parcel, arrived about a week later, in its own box mint like it was out of the factory.
But as others had mentioned, email communication was pretty lacking.

Just put a new order through about 10 days ago for a Heat hoodie and hat for the wife.

I placed 2 orders and accidentally had them sent to different locations. The one that I sent to work arrived 10 days ago. The other was split into 2 packages and the first of the 2 only JUST arrived about 20 minutes ago, so there is still hope for you too Bill!

How did you guys go did you get your stuff?

Im annoyed as most of the stuff i wanted when it was on sale was not in my size. I looked last night and now its all back in stock but not as cheap as it was before.

eventually I got all my gear after nearly a 40 day wait! everything fits so im happy

The shipping was definitely a long wait, but it is worth it!

I only just received my last item on Monday. And it doesn't fit

I have to send back a jacket, shirt and shooting shirt that all don't fit, even though I have other shirts and jackets that are the same size and fit perfectly! lol

ah ok i found my jackets fit well but the shirts are a little tight but i just give them a stretch before i wear them and they are ok.

Well the one item from my entire order I was happy with was the Rookie Performance shorts. Love them, they are so light and comfy and great.
The mixed up custom jerseys has been resolved - they've (supposedly) refunded me and are letting me keep the item I have no use for.... Also gave me $10 credit (even though I don't have an account...). The next day I got an email from the telling me how to return the item. I asked why I got that, they apologised and have apparently given me $10 credit to make up for it...

So I'm not entirely sure what's going on, but I am satisfied with how they (eventually) handled the mixup.

Shame the jacket I got that is too small is out of stock now though!

Even though i said i would not order from them they had all the jackets i wanted this time so could not help myself.

Beats paying $100+ for NBA stuff in Australia.

If stuff doesn't fit....just re-sell it here or on Ebay....you can at least cover your costs this way!

Received all my replacement stuff in good order. I didn't realize the jersey sizes are different in US, My Medium is more like a Large you would get here.

If anyone is keen to buy a black Magic D-12 jersey who usually wears a large, I payed $30 so that all Im after, obviously plus post if you not local to me. Am I able to put this in the classified section? Id rather someone here get a good deal rather than fleabay.

Okay so I'm looking at doing an order from Football Fanatics! I am usually a L, should I be ordering a M, L or XL? Mainly in regards to jersey length? Any help would be appreciated before I go on and order a jersey that is down to my knees
