Crap Cards

Hi Guys
I received an email from the seller stating he would refund the money. I have given him 1 week and guess what? No refund. I have put in a dispute with PayPal and we will see what what happens.
4 of the 5 cards are damaged so I think I will give him 1 negative feedback per week or fortnight just to spread them out a little.
THE SELLERS NAME IS HULOOB and currently doesn't have anything listed.
Will let you know if I get the money off PayPal.
