I just noticed something inside the case, like a small piece of plastic? Should I be worried about this dinting the card? Ask to return it? Partial refund? Sell it to someone who doesn't care about it?

You couldn't (or I couldn't) see this in the listing and it wasn't mentioned.

Interested to hear people's opinions, don't have much graded experience

I have shaken it a bit and hasn't moved
Not too bad I suppose and some people may not notice but it kinda bothers me now I have seen it lol

Try to put a bit of force on the sides and shake, it might give it enough room to slip down.
That'd give me the $h!ts too i reckon, if you can't move it i say try for a refund and find another you're happy with

If it were me I would crack it open and rescue the card !

and then 1) you would have trouble selling because people would always query and question if it was real or 2) have to submit to PSA for grading or re-casing again. which no2 is what I would do but it's just easier to sell and look for another.
