Does anyone know a program that allows you to take a "snapshot" of a webpage, and save it as a file, so that (for example) you could attach it in an email (eg. as a .jpg or .pdf)???

just use "Print Screen" and paste it into any image editor (even works with MS Paint!)

In windows you should be able to do a Print Screen, which will take an image of your desktop and put it in your clipboard. Then just use a photo or paint program and paste into it.
