Requested shipping on 2nd October, 5 days later it was shipped, and (I forget the accurate amount) about 2 weeks later, it arrived in a well-packed box.
I even got a scratchy card, which revealed a $5 store voucher!
I put an offer of 20 cents less on a card, seller declined and then raised the price of the card. What a wanker. The seller is http://www.comc.com/Users/JoelsHitShow,sr,i12 and takes offers but never accepts or counters.

Had the exact same thing happen with this seller, unfortunately he has a quite large inventory, and a lot of it I'm interested in, but as soon as I see who the seller is I know sending even slightly reduced offers is wasting my time and will probably end up in that item 'inexplicably' going up.
If I want to buy one thing listed at $1.00 I'm not even going to waste time offering 80c but if I'm after 10 things that seem priced slightly high I'll add to basket and offer on the lot especially if it's pricey it's definitely worth it and reasonable doing this.
