@Moe@COMC Any word as to why they do this?
Thanks.
If the team feels they won't get a clean scan from the case, then the card gets pulled and placed within a toploader.
mate this has happend to me soooo many times its crazy, its funny that all the ones ive had posted that have a screw instead of the magnetic in them dont and have never been removed but 90% of all the good and brand new magnetics have been removed, now im not one to point the figger but is it possible some one could have a nice side bussiness on sell new one touch. i just yesterday had a card removed from a brand new magnetic and now one corner is whitend.......@Moe@COMC
Can you please tell me why these two cards were removed from their cases? I did write a email informing not to remove them from the cases....
Both appear to be clean and new cases in the pictures? I honestly can not imagine how a satisfactory scan could not be obtained.
Yet cards like this processed around the same period are considered "clean scans"? The scratches look pretty visible from where I'm sitting...
Look forward to your response.

and again were are all the brand new magnetics gone? so fsr in total ive lost 21Yep pretty poor in my opinion.
These apparent rules are so inconsistent that it only leaves people more confused and frustrated to begin with.
- Cards in old screw downs/ top loaders more often than not, get processed and charged fees. Not wanting to over-handle the cards are almost always used as the excuse.
- Cards in brand new one touch cases sometimes do and sometimes don't get removed. Wanting a cleaner scan is always the reasoning.
As shown with the images...the only certainty is the inconsistency in the way cards are handled.

yep , tired of showing the evideness and nothibg been done about it, is there a direct email, phone link to mailbox team that anyof us can get our hands on would be greatU need to hire new guys with better discretions haha as there decisions are and have been poor, on MANY occasions.
I can't explain it, except it happens at the discretion of the Mailbox team. I don't work in that department, so I don't see the cases as they come in. All I can do is pass your feedback to the Mailbox team.
All I can do is forward your messages, and all they'll do is tell me the same thing, over and over. I'm not sure what else to say, at this point.
is there a direct email?
@Moe@COMC, can you tell me what sort of "grades" are given following a condition review?
how much does it cost to have cards delivered to Aus from COMC?
