my names Amanda but most people call me Manda for short (too lazy to say an extra A). My other half on this forum is Shihad
Im from Nagambie in Central Victoria, about 45 mins south of Shepparton.
my eBay username is the same as this, thepurplegothicchicken. Most people ask how I came up with this ID, as I use it for a lot of things. 3 simple factors: I love the colour purple, i adore gothy things etc
and I work on a poultry farm in Seymour (hence the topic title!!).
I have only just started collecting, I go more so for the design of a card rather than the player etc. like most people do (I think!). As an example, if I pull a jersey card from a box, and the jersey colour matches the pic of the player, I'm pretty damn happy. I hate white jersey cards when the player is wearing black or blue etc!! Grr LoL. I also hate base set cards that look like they have been thrown together in a last moment rush *yuck*. Nothing worse than a poorly designed card.
