Good idea Liam, I would have liked to have been able to go to a thread like this a few years ago to look at some of the harder to find inserts I was chasing.
Here's some more for you guys:
1994/95 Futera sigs (6) /1000
1995/96 Futera sigs (3) /450
1996/97 Futera Decider Steve Waugh sigs (5) /100
1996/97 Decider Ricky Ponting competition sig /100 (see p69 of Futera File)
1996/97 Decider Craig McDermott gold stamp edition /50 (p69 Futera File)
1996/97 Futera Cash card (blue) piece nine /1000
1995/96 Shane Warne hat trick card /2250 & hat trick sig /150
1996 Bradman signed promo, 1 of only 7 cards produced (see p61 of Futera File)
1996/97 Decider gold seal set of 7 cards each /150 (p69 Futera File)
1996 World Cup Mark Waugh sig /100
2002 Topps sigs /140 + Bradman Tribute /140
It's Liam's fault Dan, he starts these rare card threads and i'm drawn in like a moth to the flame!
Hopefully the pics can help people who only started collecting more recently and may not be fully across the Futera releases. With your synopsis on each release, and the price guide and these pics - they now have it all!
If anyone wants detailed info on the Futera releases I can't stress enough how important a copy of the Futera File is to own. It is a very comprehensive guide which covers each release as well as promos, samples, 4-ups etc etc. Quite simply a must for the serious collector.
Good work lads!! I think we are stronger than ever, I saw lots of cards on the weekend from all sets, they are definately out there, and will help when i can!
I purposely left it off my post Liam so you could show it off - ha ha....we all know the only reason you started this thread was to give that Marsh Lillee sig another run!!
It is a beauty - hopefully the Futera UK international release can have another dual auto or two next year. Cricket is full of great partnerships and Select have missed plenty of golden opportunities with the dual sigs.
