Classic Cars Collectors Club Cards

I found this box of classic car cards that was left to me by my father and am just wondering if anyone has ever seen these before?

I've tried to find out about the publisher of the cards but they were dissolved in 1999 from what i can see.

I'm not sure if this is a complete collection or not which is why i'm trying to find out about them

I have had some ppl say to look for an auction house that deals with this sort of thing but i dont know where to start with that sort of thing.

i finally found half a set on ebay for $50.00 ....so interesting
