I have a big feeling that JR Smith will stay with the Knicks, he just loves NY city to much to leave.
But can NY fford to keep him? They have so many players coming out of contract including Lin and Novak. One has to go! But who? I can see him fitting into the Bulls backcourt nicely or the Lakers...
Agree with the Beasley to LA move.
Not sure where these guys will end up, but I am predicting a move!
Ray Allen - Celtics
OJ Mayo - Grizzlies
Dejuan Blair - Spurs
Andre Miller - Trailblazers
JR Smith - NY

I have read that too. I think if it is up to him, he'll stay, but it probably won't be his decision I suspect
That only gives him a contract though, it doesn't stop a trade does it?He has a player option for 2.5million.
If they let Baron and Toney Douglas go that would be another 3mil they could spend on him.
Yeah, a couple of weeks ago I was with you on the Blair one, but after the playoffs and some of the talk about who they are looking at, they seem to be chasing a tall defender with aggressive offense, which makes me think Splitter will go. Blair has a very different game to Splitter (well, different to most bigs), so there will still be a use for him. That will come down to whether or not they can sign Diaw again.
The Grizzlies have now come out and said that they will match any offer for Mayo, which is odd considering he was mentioned several times in trades this year. I think they are just trying to scare off any 'buyers' and only entertain effective trade offers!
And Miller already left Portland for the Nuggets. The Blazers do need to get a PG back though!

Could see either Eric Maynor getting traded or Derek Fisher leaving, probably Anthony Randolph and maybe Brandon Rush.
I think Odom would take the six week sit out in order to sign with the Lakers.
Hill, Collison, George, Hibbert and possibly even West (given a full preseason) will all be even better next season, and let's not forget how they finished the regular season once the team was majority healthy.
