Just found this great looking forum this morning and thought i'd say hi.

I worked in a trading card store growing up but the business went under in the early 90's...

I have had delusions lately of starting my own store, on a smaller scale, and thought that a search of the innerweb might throw up a few trading card enthusiasts, but this is just INSANE!

Good on you all for enjoying your hobby SO much! I certainly do.

Look forward to watching these box breaks and hopefully posting a few one day.

Gee, what a great welcoming!

I collected Eddie Jones and Gary Payton cards, way back when, have a reasonable early 90's collection, which of course includes very few auto's and a lot of die cut/gold stamp variants.

I also collect transformers, have a mint G1 collection...lol.

As for cards lately I have been collecting Marvel and the odd basketball line, like SPX.

As for selling, well I am going to be selling a small amount of stuff on eBay. Currently building a website, for cheap boxes/cases online, in Australia.

Thats tha plan anyways

Any tips/support would be super!. Looks like nwcardsupplies is the place to get accessories!

Cool MG13, I take it you collect LeBron? I collected Shaq as a kid, but his cards became too explensive soi swtiched to Eddie Jones

sad to hear your shop went under but I think that was a common thing with the explosion of the net/ebay and a dwindling bball interest in the 90's

i don't have much left of my 90's days... although i recall having almost every card i've seen pictured, which is quite worrying lol! Gee those Total D cards were hard to come by.
