Damn Burns is done for the year! There was niggle all game between Penrith and Kennedy...Roosters got a penalty and Kennedy was mouthing off and called for he ball, Burns cleaned him up!

Burns should get an additional 6 weeks from his club for 'stupidity', the Panthers had the game all but won and he gave the Chooks a sniff of a chance, interesting to note that Kennedy jumped straight back after the tackle but must have been told to stay down for the free interchange.

Im not sure i believe the Burns charge, Christ i know he went high and it was careless/ reckless, but 12 weeks, you can pull someones eyes out and get less than that, And from what i saw that clown Kennedy needs a good whacking, Anyone see his swinging left arm om Mansour when he dropped the ball.

Just took this from the Illawarra mercury,
Prior, who was handed a five-match ban in May for an unintentional shot to Cowboys captain Johnathan Thurston, empathised with Inglis’ situation. ‘They’re two different incidents obviously, but like mine I think he didn’t mean to do it but it’s up to the match review committee now.’’

Unintentional, are you Farkin joking

You sure, I wondered during the telecast if that was what Luke did or not...........at the time I gave him benefit of the doubt thinking that he was tugging at his jersey or something, I'm sure we would of read and heard about it more if he did, but Inglis' reaction was poor IMO, not a time for laughing.

yeah i thought there might of been something mentioned about it but i just happened to look at the big screen at the right time and im pretty sure he was doing the cut throat and saying gone gone , i was speaking to a mate this arvo who is a massive souths fan and he to was saying yeah what luke did probably wasnt right but its in the culture ...

I have not seen Inglis or anyone from Souths show any concern for Dean Young's well being or make an apology.

Usually if you "accidentally" hurt someone you check if they are ok (which is what Matt Prior did by the way).

12 weeks is the cumulative penalty for 2 separate incidents; chicken wing on Masoe, and the high tackle on Kennedy.
