Changing user names

I remember with the old system you were able to change usernames, but I can't find it in the new system.

Is it possible? Or are the mods able to manually change it?

One of our new guys (Albert Gindi) accidentally used his full name instead of his preferred username when signing up, just wondering if it is able to be changed?
