Change the Picture on thread that currently shows OP's avatar

Just an idea that if possible it would be nice to update the functionality of this to allow us to display our own upload/pic that is relevant to the thread itself?

I think it would be cool if we were creating a Michal Jordan thread that we can put a picture of a GOAT or something unique/funny etc etc
