Celtics v Heat 2011 Playoffs Second Round Thread **SPOILERS INSIDE**

Yeah true. Though they withstood the C's run there & got the lead back up again..... but yeah, I think the C's will bring it to them a little better in the second half & make more of a game of it.

here is comes... heat look half asleep

heat turning it on at the end of the third now... lebrons finally made two free throws... haha

Pierce is a piece of trash.

I have never bothered commenting on your threads in the past as the best way to deal with people like you is to ignore you but this is one comment that really annoys me no matter what the sport.

At least he is in the NBA, which team do you play for.

I might start to super collect you. Cards available 0, cards collected 0.

WOW, I have all of your cards

And by the way I follow the sport not a team so you can not go and call me a Celtics lover either

hahaha what does this have to do with anything? wow he's a professional athlete. did i say he wasnt? are you watching the game? he just head butted james jones in the heard for no reason and then later got ejected.

i still dont understand how me not being in the nba has anything to do with this? are you in the nba? what team are you on? you must be cause you are posting?

oh wait you collect jermaine oneal... you must like dirty player... let me go punch a fan in the face.

LOL..... that fan kinda deserved that. He shouldn't have been on the court & who knows what he was gonna do, so Jermaine struck first.

This series is far from over but a good win for the Heat. Wade was amazing and Lebron was pretty good too. Bosh didnt do much but James Jones was HUGE! Allen was lights out as normal and pierce started to get it going a little but let his emotions get the best of him. Garnett didnt do much either and Rondo was terrible.

The Celtics are def. going to come back strong and this series is going to be INTENSE!

Well at least jones isn't gonna go off for 25 again, and the Celtics will have to figure out what to do with Wade.

Brutal way to start a Monday morning, I just discovered something bad about watching league pass in bed!

Get up at 530, watch game start, fall asleep, wake up team down 10 in 4th and Wade has 37 haha sucks!

Next game!

Wow Pierce got ejected for talking **** back to Wade???

Don't you Heat fans whinge about any of the "home court" calls you're gonna have against you in Boston!

It'll be alright ... Rondo needs to run more ! I just shake my head when he walks up and down the court ... He needs to find his inner Steve Nash and DON'T STOP RUNNING. Paul should have kept control of himself, but he was obviously frustrated. It's like Ray Allen said after the game ... You can't say much about Paul getting kicked out, because he already had gotten one technical. So he kind of put himself In that position. My man Kevin Garnett HAS to get Involved ! He's gotta demand the ball and show up Bosh. He's gotta stay intense the entire game. Ray Allen just has to keep doing his thing. Big Baby needed to be more active. Krstic actually did very well, the couple minutes he played. Jeff Green did okay ... still needs to be more aggressive. But we really need Shaq In there. Just his presence alone will help (I'd say "Just stand there and look angry Shaq!!") ... This loss might actually help Boston ... It's telling them that now Is not the time to screw up. We gotta just beat the hell outta Miami now. Simply to stop these Miami Heat fans from continuing to talk !

It was a double-tech because there was clear contact on the play and both players were clearly starting to fire up. The refs have called that all season long (part of them "cracking down" by calling ***** techs) to avoid anything potentially getting started up. Wade got the call too, nothing bad about that call at all.

Blame Pierce for his first tech, without that he wouldn't have got ejected. Hard foul on him shooting and he starts whining and shoving James Jones.

Good first win by the Heat. They aren't going to let up either. Boston better get smart if they want to make this a long series, you can't beat the Heat at their own game.

Pierce brought it on himself... hes lucky he wasnt ejected for headbutting jones... dont try to blame the refs, you should blame pierce for being an idiot

Celtics in 7 rondo the difference or Allen whoever d wade not marking if ya look at match ups plus there bench is too deep
Big shaq should be back he's a game breaker too big for bosh on defense bosh will be shooting jumpers.
As for best player in the world as much as I hate him money on Kobe gotta viva him the respect.

Boston are really in trouble if they are relying on Shaq to be the difference. The guy can barely run the court let alone have a meaningful contribution to the game. Although I still believe because of their depth and a better all round team Boston will still win, they still have a long way to go from here.

PS James Jones aint going to give you 25 from the bench every night so will be more interesting to see where Miami will get their next win from.

Gotta love pierce in playoffs shows some mongrel and doesn't drop.
He's just bringing intensity love the head butt.
Last year him and attest got into it this year he's keeping it real again.

Are you serious? If Shaq comes back he's not going to guard Chris Bosh. If Shaq guarded Bosh, Bosh would just go around him and dunk it, or get a foul and shoot free throws. If that's not what you meant, and you meant Bosh won't go in the paint if Shaq is in there - big whoop. Bosh is probably the best mid-range shooting big in the game bar Dirk. No worries champ!

Yeah he's not going to give you 25 every night, but neither is Bosh only going to give you 7 every night.

Man you can't just pick one variable and talk about it, on any other given night Bosh could have scored 20+ and Jones 7 (just reversing what happened in Game 1) so that's really not a big deal.
