We have dealt with Frits's (Grant) claim effectively by making a full refund of his payments and sent out the items he ordered again. The original problem was that Frits tried to make payment by paypal before we sent out an combined postage invoice, so the payment was not accepted on ebay, and there were issues of miscommunication

Because both of us still have other jobs. Thx to Frits's post and all the following replies, now we understand the importance of communication and stock availability. So we decided that one of us will resign other job and focus on our business especially in maintaining communication.
So in future, you will receive a fast replies (at least during work days), and we will work closer with our supplier in order to minimise out of stock problem.

You have a lot of feedback on ebay but does the business really warrant someone quitting another job for it? I mean, it's a good idea with the customer service etc but that's a big commitment!
Anyway, I'm sure the effort to reply like you have will do a lot for goodwill.
