cant recive emails

Hey sorry searched and looked every where I need my email changed. I signed In with fb which I forgot has a deactivated email. I can't get into that email anymore. And I have noidea where this reconfirmation link is.

My problem is I didn't sign up I used fb so I never created a PW which is how it all started cause I sent the PW conformation too my old email which I can't access I can't change my email till I get the confirmation PW or set a new pw
