Cancelling report (red) button alert

I just received cards paid for 10 days ago. yesterday morning i hit the report button and left details. how do i cancel action. For outcomes: two newbies dealing learnt my lesson on agreements (detailed) but alls good. to admin hope this gets to you first. alls good just dont know what to do about feedback will keep it levelled... steven
